Pamela Luce-Marine, LPCC

Pamela Luce-Marine, LPCC is President of Shelby Counseling Associates. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University in North Carolina and a Masters of Education Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Louisville. Mrs. Luce-Marine served twenty one years in the US Army, retiring as a First Sergeant in 2003. Upon her retirement from the military, she spent seven years in state government service working as an Executive Advisor to the Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs and the Women Veterans Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She is an experienced trauma counselor and victim advocate who works with adolescents and adults in individual, family, and marriage therapy.
